Tilt Truck Transportation
When loading plant, machinery or a shipping container using a tilt tray there is no need for any additional lifting equipment. Ideally, the container will be in an accessible area on wooden blocks. The tilt tray truck is then positioned near the container or machinery and the tray tilted to the lip of the load. A hydraulic winch is then attached to the container or load with a cable and chain.
When loading a container, the winch is used to pull the tilt tray underneath the container. Once the tilt tray is in position underneath the container, the tilt tray is retracted to lift the container onto the truck body without damaging the surface below. If transporting machinery, the machinery is then driven or wheeled onto the truck with the aid of the winch and fully secured before transportation.

Unlike many independent haulage companies, we operate a Nissan UD tilt tray and trailer service so we can offer significant savings by moving two containers in a single run. With the truck and trailer, our gross load capacity is 24 tonnes which equates to roughly 11 tonnes of cargo capacity. What you need moving
If we are not moving a container, please give us an idea of the weight and dimensions of any plant and machinery to be moved. We are unable to handle hazardous materials but can cater for oversized loads up to 3.5m wide.
Collection & delivery address
Let us know where you need the item collected from and delivered to. If we are collecting/delivering to a residential or farming property let us know if there are any access restrictions. If we are collecting/ delivering to a depot let us know the times when access is available and if we need to make a booking.

Quotation
Once we’ve got the enquiry details we’ll send you a written quotation including an estimation of the transport time. To keep things simple when we quote you a price there are no hidden fees, charges or supplements so what we quote is what you pay.
Booking
Whilst we may be able to take some transport jobs at short notice we recommend giving at least 24-48 hours notice to ensure we can fulfil your booking. A small deposit is required to confirm your booking.
